Park Rules & Guidelines

We invite annual members and day-pass members of Scentral Park of Hubbard to enjoy the park, but at their own risk. Scentral Park of Hubbard is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by any dog or human in or outside the off-leash area.

Annual members purchase a membership, per dog, good for twelve months from the date of purchase. Day-pass members may purchase individual day passes or day-pass packages, per dog. All users must check in at Scentral Park Registration each time they come for the daily ID bracelet.

Dog owners are responsible for keeping their dog’s vaccines current and providing proof, and running updates, at Scentral Park Registration. Vaccines required to be current are Rabies, Distemper/Parvovirus, Leptospirosis, Bordatella and a stool sample check, done within the last 12 months, that was negative for parasites.

Scentral Park is open from 11am to dusk, 7 days a week. There is unlimited access on the National Holidays to all members.

The following activities or items are prohibited on the property of Scentral Park: whistles, glass containers, littering, bicycles, and climbing on or over the fences.

Cooperation between dog owners is expected, including keeping order and enforcing Scentral Park rules.

Collars or harnesses are to be securely fastened and worn at all times. Dogs must display the current county dog tag and rabies tag on their collar or harness.

A dog handler 18 or older must be present at all times and is solely responsible for the action of their dog(s) and any guests accompanying them.

No aggressive dogs are allowed. If your dog misbehaves, displays aggressive behavior, attacks other dogs or humans, or is asked to leave by Scentral Park staff, please immediately leash your dog and exit park.

Please do not chase dogs in Scentral Park.

Before approaching or handling another dog, please obtain permission from the owner.

Dogs that are in heat, under 3 months of age, or bark excessively are not permitted in Scentral Park.

No electronic devices, firearms, explosive devices, noisemakers, and live or dead animals may be utilized for training purposes or any other purpose within Scentral Park.

Patrons are responsible to clean-up and dispose of feces left by their dog. Failure to pick-up after your dog may result in a fine up to $200.00 and loss of Scentral Park privileges.

Patrons are responsible to fill any holes their dog may dig.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in loss of privileges and removal from the Dog Park.

Scentral Park of Hubbard staff has the authority to close the site for maintenance, weather hazards, rule violations, and special events without prior notice.

In case of emergency (dog bite or dangerous behavior or medical issues) immediately call 911 for assistance. All other issues please check with Scentral Park staff or call Scentral Park at (330) 568-4583. Maximum number of dogs per adult is five and all dogs must remain in the same exercise area as their owner. Large dogs (36 pounds and up) are not allowed in the small/medium dog area.

Dogs must remain in sight of the owner and should never be left in Scentral Park unattended.

Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and leaving Scentral Park. Owners must carry a leash for each dog at all times.

Dogs running free in Scentral Park should remain away from the gates when other dogs are entering and exiting.
